I Have not heard of them before, saw it in my recommended videos, laughed at the name. I Pressed play not expecting much but I was impressed by the awkwardness and good music immediately. I then paused the video at 1:05 and went to Apple Music found their latest album, pressed play. I am now on track 7. Still haven’t resumed the video but Rainbow Kitten Surprise just gained a new fan... ok I press paused on the album, Now I’ll finish the video!

they stopped touring because one of the band members fell under medical crisis. They do plan to return, just not on any pre-set date. They've kept quiet since that announcement likely because the words still hold true.

Jared Rosenberger I was hiking the Pacific crest trail last year and stopped at a water source with this older husband and wife. We chatted, it was nice, they packed up to leave and the older dude just snaps around and asks me if I listen to the glorious sons. I was shocked, not only do I like them, I’ve never heard anyone talk about them let alone think this old dude listens to them! I shared RKS and the last time I saw him he said he loved em.
