I thought Eldritch Horror was an okay game--it was my first introduction to AH games and the first board game I ever played with a group. However, I'm in love witb Arkham Horror 3rd Edition and Elder Sign (which is crazy addictive if you love dice chuckers). I've recently acquired Mansions of Madness 2nd Edition. Thank you for this video--takes me back to when I was first learning board games and how complex and intimidating they were then!
I have Arkham Horror 2nd edition, and it is okay. I think I prefer Eldritch Horror. I've not played Arkham Horror 3rd Edition. I did own Elder Sign years ago, but it just didn't grab me. I gave it to my son. Maybe I should try it again. I have Mansions of Madness 1st and 2nd Edition. I haven't played either one in some time. Maybe I'll do a video on one of those before Halloween.
@@lancesboardgamestuff Eldritch Horror was fun, just not as personal as Arkham Horror is. AH makes me feel more a part of the story. If you haven't played Agents of Smersh, it's a fun game which will make you laugh alot, and you also travel all over the globe.
@@chrisw942 I had thought about picking up Agents of Smersh years ago when it first came out, but for some reason I never did. Maybe I'll look for a copy. I had forgotten about it.
