Congrats on completing the car. It looks great and the camera shots are well put together. I had also help from Craig in the past and others to build my car. Knowing all the details about making an accurate replica for years, I would be confident to say the Just Driven supra is the world's best built tribute car without a doubt. Congratulations!
this thing is spot on perfect, addresses all the shortcomings of the original and came out gorgeous. you guys attention to detail on everything from the goofy old amp platform to the glass shiny paint, is nothing short of incredible. I would take this over the original any day, who cares if it's worth more this one is the one to run
Thank you so much! We said from the beginning we wanted to build Craig's car but better. We are proud to say we completed that task. We still have some work to do but it's 99% there.
This car is a work of art! Flawless! Every time I look at Craig though I cringe. He’s paying an extreme amount of money to build a REPLICA of a car he once had. It’s like the guys that graduated 20 years ago coming back to a High School party to be “cool” I get it, it’s nostalgic, but that will get you a thumbs up on the street or a couple mins of attention at a car show. The new generation of kids know F&F as cars with missiles and magnets lol Let’s not talk about Craig on the special features “Tricking out a hot import car” on the 2 fast 2 furious dvd. He was so cringe with that playmate lol I think he could of had you guys build a whole new design of Supra and would of probably the nicest Supra ever, your work and craftsmanship is second to none. Amazing build series. You guys are amazing!
We are all a little confused by your comment. Let's see if we can clear some things up: We, Just Driven, are building this replica of the Fast and Furious Supra. Craig assisted in helping us get some of the parts and details. He has been part of this collaboration but this is not Craig's car. He's not paying an extreme amount of money, he's not paying anything. I hope this helps with some of your ill will about Craig. A whole new design of Supra? We would be down! We appreciate your support and hope you'll stick around even after this Supra is completed and enjoy some of our other builds on the channel.
@@JustDriven I’m sorry for some reason I thought you guys were building this car for him. Also, I have no I’ll will towards Craig, he just comes off kinda cringy. Furthermore, I’ll definitely be sticking around watching your channel. Your work is so clean and amazing. I can see why building this car would benefit your brand. I just thought Craig was trying to relive his glory days. Keep up the great work! Any plans for any Evos?
Thanks for the reply! We just didn't want you thinking Craig was throwing money at his past. In his defense it's very hard to be normal on camera. As soon as that red light is on we all tend to get nervous or try not to look silly at least. Not sure how actors do it! We love building cars (especially movie cars) that bring inspired us or nourished our love of cars. We actually had an Evo X recently. Did you see that video? It's the one with the blanked out car in the thumbnail. We decided to sell it though. Not sure if it was the modifications that were done (the Varis kit and air ride) that made driving it more difficult. But before we could really fix anything on it we came across an RCF we wanted to play with. Our great friend Jay had an Evo IX which was the epitome of Evo tuning in our eyes so it would be hard to outdo that. What would you like to see from an Evo build?
@@JustDriven I've been following this build from the very beginning and every video has been such a pleasure to watch. Just waiting for that Toretto Charger to be completed so we can witness a recreation of that iconic race!
Absolutely loved this series and what a epic tribute to the OG Hero Car. The workmanship on the body kit, paint and rigging of the car is on another level. ❤️
I'll be damned if they didn't get the roll cage the right color. We used to run a car in NIRA and Nopi so I knew Craig and the car was yellow back then, so I'm guessing they didn't want to paint the whole car orange so they left the inside yellow. At that time it was more of a show car with a big system and a shit ton of video screens. I was joking around with Craig after the movie and he said it is more like a 12-second car with all the weight. For those who don't know Craig ran the National Import Drag Association events. We ran a ProStock CRX back in those days and Craig was always cool to us.
Around 4:30 they stripped the paint Is that wise? Wouldn't that risk introducing more moisture to the metal then just simply puttinf a primer coat over existing paint
Incredible build; the attention to detail and craftsmanship is amazing. This channel should have far more views. I hope this car shows up in a cameo in Fast X.
Thank you so much! We appreciate the support and we appreciate the share. That is a lofty hope for this car. We would love to see it end up on film. It was not the intention but we wouldn't mind it at all.

Ok I just noticed the Ford Lightning from Harry's with "The Racer's Edge" on the doors....are you guys like recreating all of the cars from the original FF or something? If so, that would be awesome....
We are not recreating all of them...just a handful of our favorites. We have the Racer's Edge Lightning. The Toretto Charger and the Eclipse (all on the channel currently). We also just announced the 2F2F R34 coming this year. And we teased a Johnny Tran S2000 but we still aren't sold on that one yet.
@@JustDriven Love it. Especially that you are focusing on the earlier FF cars. The 2F2F R34 is an excellent next choice...I always felt that it didn't get enough screen time originally. I know you know all this, but there was a short released that showed the time between FF and 2F2F where Brian was on the run. It showed how he came to own the R34 and how he raced it and fixed it up more and more with the winnings, and I always wished they had made THAT more of the plot of 2F2F! And I wish I had the resources to do this stuff myself, but since I don't I'll have to live vicariously through you guys...keep it up!
Would love to own one at some point in my life, but I'm afraid the more time goes on, the harder they will be to get to get and way, way harder to get in good condition
