Thank you Jason and Philip @SiuTwinzLifestyle for the Birthday Greeting! I've been watching your vlogs from the last time you were in Bangkok until you came here in Manila - My bestfriend sent me a message and told me he saw you at One Bangkok
Songkran festival 13-15 april at silom road
I'm from Bangkok. For me, there are 2 best parks in Bangkok: 1. Rot Fai Park. You go by getting off at BTS Mo Chit Station. 2. King Rama IX Park (Biggest park in BKK) You go by getting off at (MRT Yellow Line) Suan Luang Rama IX Park Station.
Just FYI, Frasers property is a subsiiary of TCC Group, one of Thailand's largest conglomerates. TCC Group is also the owner of Thaibev, Chang beer producer. BTW Benjakitti park near Terminal 21 is also a must to visit particularty at around 5-7 PM (It is connected to Lumpini park via the Green Mile.)
It seems like all the foreigners go to Lumphinee just because other foreigners do and they do that because its locate in the middle of town. Monitor lizards are in almost every park. Lumphini was at its best maybe 20 years ago. Now, it's falling apart and desperately needs a big renovation for its 100th-anniversary celebration. But it seems Bangkok is out of budget. If you're looking for a well-maintained, modern park, I recommend Benjakitti Park. It connects to Lumphini via a bridge called the "Green Mile." It's a newly renovated park. For a good suburban park, Rotfai Park (near the famous Chatuchak Weekend Market) is worth a visit. Another great option is Suan Luang Rama IX and Nong Bon Water Sports Center. Visit in the evening when the parks come alive with people exercising after work. Nong Bon is unique because it’s not technically a public park, so there are fewer regulations, and pets are allowed. Very few parks in Bangkok allow pets.
Lumphini park just started renovation last year, and is still on-going this year. They had renovated the walkways, pavement and open space looking in front of Silom, and they are now doing renovations on public toilets.
Google Lens has been operating for 10 years. It can translate text in real time, which is impressive. You might need to study more about it. When I traveled to Spain, France, or China, I never expected the locals to speak English. That wasn’t the point of traveling. Traveling is not about hunting for people who can communicate with you in tge language you understand, if you look asian you can speak English but you will never be an Englishman and it sounds very self-centered and inappropriate. For your information, Thailand has never been colonized by a Western country. The foundation of the country was built by Thai people for Thai people. In Thailand, individuals who don’t speak English won’t turn into second-class citizens. While it’s great that some people choose to learn and speak English, it’s not necessary for most. Despite the fact that many people in Thailand don’t speak a word in English, the country still generates significant revenue from tourism, peole in Thailand dont even have to rely working abroad and send money home like in some country, that country been doing that over 30 yrs and do you see how the country goes. Infact it not only about quantity in Thailand, tourist spend their money per head more than in London or Paris and that only counted by Master Card transaction excluded shady underground business which is even more if you interested in counting them, there are many people from the island country come to work in this business in Thailand those lady lady boy work can speak well English and waving costomer in Silom Nana Sukhumvit street surely are from the country I mentioned so we give your people a place to work atleast have some respect.
English isn’t an issue at all. Just like in Japan, tourists keep coming back to Thailand more and more. If a country where people speak fluent English isn’t attracting as many tourists as non-English-speaking countries like these, they might want to figure out why.

There are already hundreds of videos about this and other parks in Bangkok. Shoot something that tourists don't know about.

ไม่เคยเห็นออกกำลังกายที่เต้นนั่นกี่โมง 🤔
สนุกมากอยากไป 😅
I was there 3 years ago,all is good but for the 100 person i ask is they cant understand english and all sign ages are not english.😊
English language is not purpose of traveling, but the perspective, culture, life, transportation, people ,and food are the main point of traveling.
some country people speak english well but have big slums there
