What's so horrible about Condado Beach is the EMS and Cop's are so lame, they walk up to the scene with no gear, nothing it's like Oh here we go again, the Hospital is five blocks away, In NYC the EMS comes like their going to the Moon, packed with life saving apparatus, PR is a disgrace.
These great bunch of guy's used to walk the beach in Condado Puerto Rico, they haven't been around for a while, wish they were, The Condado beach is a total hazzard that claims like 3 lives a week, The Town should put bolders in the water, more jetties something to keep the waves and the undertow Down, you need corporate funding it was a comfort having you guy's patrolling that Beach.
