man ad twitch passive is so low dmg they should just changed it to like 0.1% max hp per sec for each stack so it can atleast scale late game

0.1% is way way way too low to be impactful tho, 0.5%->2% (level) (+5% tAD) physical or magic could be a good start
also feel like it might be better gameplay for it to be % missing hp instead of % max hp
but % missing hp might start feeling unfair for enemy players so who knows
i played a lot of twitch support and then stopped when supp item changed to have no ap and no stacks at level one and also crown item removal. its funny because i went up 5 divisions in rank when playing regular supports but they didn't feel the same type of fun as twitch did in that golden era.

1. New season, introduce new items that are strong and feel really good 2. Nerf champions because these items complement their kit really well 3. Nerf new items 3 times to non-relevance 4. Never touch the champions agin you previously nerfed 5. repeat on new season
