Dragon Rider is actually good when combined with the vanilla Dragon as they solve each other’s weaknesses. The rider can only target defenses (and one at a time too) so they would leave behind the junk buildings and get quickly taken out by enemy CC and queen, which is what the dragon solves. Meanwhile, the dragon can get stuck on junk buildings and will let themselves get taken out by air defenses, which is what the rider solves. This strategy is actually common and has its own name: Hybrid Dragon, or Hydra for short

I think the reason that there are so many dragons is that they're easy to pick up. Once you learn the ai of the regular dragon the rest just slot in nicely
seriously. they shouldda stopped at baby dragon. and even thats a stretch, shoulda stayed as a clash royale card exclusively. all from a design perspective ofcourse
I agree, electro dragon and more were supposed to be unique, but the problem is they’re not really that good Baby dragon was the only one that really felt truly unique and not a modifier… but you can argue it would’ve made more sense to give it’s mechanic to something that wasn’t truly dragon (idk, the mecha dragon?)

you can 3 stars every base where the buildings are close to each other, so that mean you need to adapt your entire base to not get 3 stars by 1 unit? and you keep telling me Edrags are not OP? wich units force you to have a specific type of base except Edrags?@@_Cookie_Warrior_
I agree but also 2 stars is fine. It's not just edrag you can spam almost anything to get 2 stars at higher ths. For example I think yeti unlocks at 13 right? Just spamming all yeti can guarantee you 2 stars. If you're lazy to funnel you can just blimp the th then spam the yetis. And now we have roots.
Baby dragons are the most op troop donation for new players. When your clan castle can only take ten and you have high level players donating that baby dragon will three star a base by its self.

step 2. spread edrags in a line
step 3. force quit the app and come back with 3 stars

I have a th2 that I’m attacking with and because I join REQ clans for donations it are balloons but they only seem to be lvl 4?
