For the bandana accessory, I would speculate that it could be for Shrimps Quest or another future accessory that was added with all the other locked accessories that you cannot get in the game yet. Or it could possibly be an accessory for an future quest in the Dragonets of Destiny revamped cave. The revamped Dragonets of Destiny cave isn't out yet, but there's tons of possible speculations. This is just my speculation on the accessory, none of this is confirmed just like what Rats said. It is just an theory or an speculation. I just saw this video womp womp.

Or it could be for pride month, because if you saw. on the leafwing it is seen as a rainbow when toggled. So what could be every pride month there would be a character giving u a quest. (kinda like a limited quest)

Actually one of the devs has said about the fact that they want to put hivewing armour on and accessories will be all sent out in one update I think
I believe Hivewing armour is coming out much later and accessories are coming out in different but soon updates
