What I heard in this talk was an understanding of years and years of watching all my great aunts , all my grandmothers and my mother be abused to the point where they dont want to live anymore.I truly believe that extinction is eminent.
Understanding means the cycle can be BROKEN.
This "pay my bills" conversation sounds so much like one I had with my ex! Whew! And yes, the punishment came!
When I’m being manipulated I feel confused and even suspicious. It’s a sense that something just isn’t right.
Exercise my own authentic agency and freedom to say no.
