Using Cardboard box to create

Materials you need. Scizzors, Titebond II Premium Wood Glue, A ruler, and then your time.
Time: This takes 2 hours or less to build.
Measurements: I'm using inches for measurement
Top-Center
Wings measurement: 6inch, 1.1inch, 4.8inch, 5.8 inches, 6.7inch, 2.4inches. 5.8inches, 18inches, the whole wing on each side should measure 10.5inches.
Shoulder rest: 20.5 inches long & 3.5 inches wide. How long it is will change depending on how close you want the box would be. You gotta use your head for this because we have different perception with ranges.
On top of the shoulder rest, this measure is the same length and height. This piece will be glued on top of the shoulder rest to combing the wings.
The box measurement would be 3 of 3inch long & 2 of 3.10 inches wide to create a box but you can remeasure it to make a perfect box because when I made mines it looks like a trapezoid.
The third item you will have to use your brain to widen the wings so they don't close. Mine is not as wide the measurement is 6inch wide on top the sharp 2 sides would be 3.5 inches long the bottom end 3 inch wide.
Steps:
1. Cut all the required shapes to create the gear.
2. Once the shape is created place the shoulder rest measurement shape on top of the wings this should be placed between the 5.8 measurements of the wings on top of it, the length of the shoulder rest that will be placed on top of the wings edge should 4.5inches long. Using the titebondII premium wood glue to bind them together this glue has a fast set time in my experiment it took 5-10 minutes for the materials binds but it really depends on the amount you use as you can see of my video I used a lot by accident. Don't waste things be smart when building cosplay.
3. Once the wings are bind to the shoulder rest shape place the wings in a position where they are equal in a position that has a gap of 3.6 inches wide between the wings. Then use the titebondII premium wood glue to bind them together.
4. While step number 3 is curing build the box 3 of 3inch long & 2 of 3.10 inches wide. Make sure though that the box looks even.
5. Step number 3 you have to measure how far you want the box when you put them together you need a mirror for this because you decide whether you want to cut more inches of the shoulder rest shape or not. Your perception is needed for this.
6. Once you made a proper decision to the length you want then bind the shoulder rest shape with the box.
7. The third item, you will have to use your brain to widen the wings so they don't close. Mine is not as wide. the measurement is 6inch wide on top, the sharp 2 sides would be 3.5 inches long the bottom end 3 inch wide.
8. You just created the neck gear of Darling in the Franxx.
As for painting gear comment below if you want to know that part :). I'll make another video of how to do it.
