    Can everything in this video be done with the starter plan package?

      Yes, you can access all the features mentioned in the video even with the free plan. However, usage is limited to a specific number of triggers (depending on which version of the starter plan you have), so if you find yourself needing more triggers, you might want to consider upgrading to a paid Flows plan.     is it possible that a customer gets faq question possibilities but can ask exact questions himself and then gets an answer based on it ? ( So that you train the bot also on a database that you enter before so that the answers seem very natural ? ). To the answers of the bot then again automatic faq possibilities on which he can click like for example : Question XYZ - Answer from bot XYZ / Available possibility 1 : "Was this answer helpful ?" Available Possibility 2: "No load more".

    Chatbot it's starts automatically I tried all types of triggered but it's not working
