Great Video! Rivers should flow and that's what you are helping to do, get rid of the stagnant water which in turn will help the diversity of life in the river! very relaxing to watch!
You should let those voices completely slide off your back. Actually, I wouldn’t take a moment to even read them. You know what you do and so do we. Don’t give them the time of day. Well done. ✌🏻🤍🤞
Just had a thought that maybe the sheet of metal is there to prevent really long sticks and small logs to go through the grids holes so they don't form kind of blockage as a pile like a sticks in a bonfire and start collecting leaves to form even a bigger clog.
It's unbelievable that people take time out of their day to criticize other people's work. I think you do great work and with 15,000 views and counting, a lot of others must think so too. People who would leave negative comments will never be happy anyway. Thank you for sharing with us.
You are doing fine. There will always be perfectionists, that’s there deal. Nature finds a way to take care of itself, but man has put obstacles in its way which people like you address. Then scenery is beautiful. Thanks 👍👍😊
I would say that log is there so people could walk out there without “big high boots” (as post10 would say. lol) and unclog it. It’s a lot easier to unclog in the summer when all the leaves are still on the trees and not in the water. 🎉🎉✌️😎
That log looks like a way to shimmy out to the drain without sinking in the mud and was probably placed purposely. But, that being said, it is probably slimy as snail snot and you wouldn't catch me trying to walk out on it. But I'm sure someone would or could. I love this location. Thanks for coming back. And thanks for annoying the "HOA Warrior" who needs to take a minute and assess the beauty of the dragonfly population skimming across that glorious duckweed and the sunlight shimmering up into those branches. Excellent footage!
Skuller, ignore the haters; they are everywhere! In our area, we received 1/2 inch of rain yesterday. It was the first in 31 days. As they say, it's feast or famine. Thanks for helping with the water flow.
Great video man. Good you addressed all the issues. Except for mine. Asking the lady to cut out a piece of cage to throw through the small stuff. Ask the lady or the son to partner with you to clean and chainsaw the exit side. Have a BBQ and Bonfire time. Would a be pretty rad and awesome video by itself man. Cheers Brent.❤🪵🍃👊💪👍👊
There’s too many Nellie-know-it-alls who can’t even unglue their backsides from their armchairs. Carry on doing things your way because you’re doing just fine.
I know it's pretty big but is there no way you could roll away the log beside the corrugated iron on the first side? It's been there since the first video and my OCD goes haywire!
I watch a lot of guys doing this work and never ever would I doubt or try to tell them how to do it, unless I’m willing to go do it myself. But please be careful. No sense putting yourself at risk with such oddballs taking their time to tell you what you’re doing wrong. You just don’t know in this world. But keep up the good work, if you’re enjoying it. Take care. ✌🏻🤍🤞d
Thanks for this video. Keep on keeping on...don't let the negative Nellies dampen your spirit.

Wow that place is the gift that just keeps on giving ❤ thank you for sharing it with us x
The big log maybe is there to hold the create open when the wind kicks up so it don’t take it down
Love watching the green algae coming across the surface of the lake 😊 Great job 👍🏻
I think that’s pollen.
Great job!
You are the best. We appreciate you. Hopefully laugh at crazy people but I am sure it takes a toll
It does take a toll. So many assumptions are made and some people are so negative. It's a shame.

Yeah that very well could be. That's as good of an explanation as I've heard.
Great Job again Brent, this just fasonates me seeing how fast that water can run after you cleared it out !! 😃👌🤩

You guys really got the rain!! This is the highest I've seen this. Any higher and you'll need regular waders!😮
You are doing a good service. Stagnant water isn’t healthy and breeds mosquitoes.
Maintenance, Maintenance, Maintenance. Keep it going.
Yeah I learned that already watching a few other ones. Good job
It’s beautiful

I love it when he says big high boots.
