Is it consider all of those who have not yet "frozen" their allotment and are on waiting-list based on their score ? Or does one need to do special registration for spot rounds ?

I think he should choose pilani campus bcoz pilani is pilani and it has a little edge if not more over other campuses and pilani electrical is very good

You should choose hyd electrical bcoz its very good and decent pacakges and proper placements record and hyd is a good city and you will get pilani degree ar last go for hyd
