For the M&C Process Group which seems like toughest part of the PMP exam preparation, the given video explanation with commendable flow diagrams made it a cakewalk for understanding in absolutely NO TIME ! I am looking forward to remaining Process Group videos soon, as time is major constrained as I am up for my exam in 4 weeks and this is really helping to cementing my understanding very strong. Overall a great Video. However, there are few things that are not discussed : 1. You mentioned WPR is fed to Manage Communications and then WPR is distributed as part of Project communications. However, WPR is also fed to Manage Team and Monitor Risks. Why do we feed WPR to Manage Team and Monitor Risks? That point is left untouched. 2. Why do we feed WPR to Perform Integrated Change Control? That point is also not clear. If you could kindly explain the above 2 things, it will be great. Many thanks!!
