    nice review! I did not expect these oldschool category presets (even though there is a good variety of stock sounds)!
    when I heard the sound demos in your video, those sequences and soundsets remind me on older stock and additional plugins from Steinberg, I already have in my collection!
    Not what I expected, even if the name Element 2 makes now sense to me, so the better to have reviews like this. peace

    The volume on version one has been reduced relative to version two, that's why it sound like night and day. It's an old sleight of hand.

      the sound seems to be lower in version 1 because it's got more parasitic low-end energy, which you can clearly hear.

    I bought it today and found v2 is heavier on cpu and would get stuck when doing faster keyboard moves. Had to revert to v1 engine

      Craig Hunter I thought it was just me. 2.0 is an awesome synth but it’s really CPU intensive. They need to work CPU efficiency.

      Hi, can you pls update your plugin and see if they'd fixed the CPU hog problem pls? I would want to buy it but not if it's a cpu hog
