I’ve sat in that same seat plenty of times, best seat in the house!
I remember skydiving out of a DHC Otter. About gave my mom a heart attack when I told her I did.

I believe that’s just Condensation. Don’t know pretty well about props, but I do know jet planes produce vortex (mini tornados) when they takeoff.
