I wanted to mention that a lot of homes already have a dedicated 20 amp circuit in the kitchen, typically for a microwave. I know that you do not use microwaves (nor do I). Getting rid of a microwave and going with a freeze dryer is a wise choice.
Could you freeze dry things often or would the machine need some down time or cleaning every few batches and also what would be a sign your freeze dried items did not go well or do you ever make treats to sell from time to time. I plan to buy your tallow soon I've always used coconut oil for my skin/hair
