Crash Bandicoot Warped wasn’t the first game I ever played but it was the first game I ever owned. I still have that PS1 today, and it still works amazingly enough.
The belly flop is actually really good for speedruns and 100% runs, you can do a spinning slide jump and at the peak of your height do a belly flop to get the red gem in crash 2
My personal favorite Crash game. It's really fucking good. (Also in his Top 20 PS2 Games, Caddy said Twinsanity was a honorable mention so I'm sure he really likes it)

I don't remember Wrath of Cortex being TOO bad for load times, twinsanity though, holy cow that game loaded forever and a day, main reason I never finished the damn thing. 3 minutes of loading for a 5-10 minute segment? No thanks. A lot of the bigger PS2 games had a similar problem, Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets and Spyro Enter the Dragonfly being some of the worst offenders that I can think of.

Yes! I am seriously hoping this is a retrospective of the entire series, not just the original Naughty Dog games. Its been years since I played that game , but I remember the soundtrack being amazing, it being somewhat buggy including a horrifying looping bug, and one of those chasing scenes being the bane of my childhood, you know, the one with the Walrus.
7:17 I have the demo disk for this game and it was coco and the tiger (I never played the rest of the game cause my parents wanted me to focus on school not games) so when I heard the music my nostalgia shot through the roof. I remember playing that level several times.
Yeah, those Platinums were a PAIN (and YES, I HAVE collected all of those)... except for the two "impossible to find" levels, THOSE were extremely easy. Like "some Sapphires were harder" easy. There are, however, TWO tidbits of info that Caddy missed. The first is what happens when you collect all Gold Relics. Once you do that, you can approach Coco in the Warp Room and an extra Clear Gem appears. Grab that, and you get some lovely fireworks and a 105% on your save file, but no change to the ending. The second tidbit is the times listed in the final ending, particularly that they are NOT the Platinum times but rather the DEVELOPER times, making them harder still. THESE I have NOT beaten, and likely never will.
I loved this game when I was younger, but the moment you showed the time trial Coco level on the tiger...dear god the flashbacks :( Sooo much time spent on that level, and never managed Platinum.

Even though I only first played this game in 2014, I still feel a little nostalgia from that time, as I loved this game.

Yes! I am seriously hoping this is a retrospective of the entire series, not just the original Naughty Dog games. Its been years since I played that game , but I remember the soundtrack being amazing, it being somewhat buggy including a horrifying looping bug, and one of those chasing scenes being the bane of my childhood, you know, the one with the Walrus.

7:17 I have the demo disk for this game and it was coco and the tiger (I never played the rest of the game cause my parents wanted me to focus on school not games) so when I heard the music my nostalgia shot through the roof. I remember playing that level several times.
Yeah, those Platinums were a PAIN (and YES, I HAVE collected all of those)... except for the two "impossible to find" levels, THOSE were extremely easy. Like "some Sapphires were harder" easy. There are, however, TWO tidbits of info that Caddy missed. The first is what happens when you collect all Gold Relics. Once you do that, you can approach Coco in the Warp Room and an extra Clear Gem appears. Grab that, and you get some lovely fireworks and a 105% on your save file, but no change to the ending. The second tidbit is the times listed in the final ending, particularly that they are NOT the Platinum times but rather the DEVELOPER times, making them harder still. THESE I have NOT beaten, and likely never will.
I loved this game when I was younger, but the moment you showed the time trial Coco level on the tiger...dear god the flashbacks :( Sooo much time spent on that level, and never managed Platinum.
Crash 2 already had the Crash Dance. He would do it anytime you got a gem after returning to the warp room.
