Light in the Shadow of War

The shadow of war seems to have followed the Baliasna from Ukraine to Israel. Olena was forced to flee Kyiv with her three daughters, leaving her husband behind. However, although she used to work as a lawyer and holds a PhD, she is still looking for a job that will pay rent, cover living expenses and pay for furniture to fill their empty apartment. In the midst of the hardship and uncertainty, Bridges for Peace could be a beacon of Christian light and love. Thanks to the generous donations from Christians around the world, Olena and her three daughters will sleep in a bed tonight for the first time since moving into their apartment.
