I use to be like you, well not really sure of a God or higher power, you know? And people kept trying to preach to m e and invite me to Church services, etc...I went a few times to make them happy, not myself. I even went as far as to prove to people the Devil was real. And that was a year or more of more misery than i can even begin to tell you. I thought i was going to die. Evil spirits or demons bothered my family and myself for years. Horrible things happened, so i had no doubt in my mind that evil, the devil & his demons were real. I got so tired of bad things happening, so while i was sick in bed and not wanting to live, i called out to God for help. I saw a vision of Jesus, which took my breath away for sure. I got well, the demons stopped bothering me and my family. There is a lot of bad things i cannot put on here about what evil, satan, demons, etc... can do, and is doing as i speak somewhere with someone else as they did to me. Since i called out to God, my Grandmother that has gone to Heaven years ago, also came to me and told me if i will live for Jesus, i will see her again someday. She was my everything & i didn't want to go on with out her. She stopped me from making a wrong decision or i wouldn't be here to tell you this story. My heavenly Father is my Everything today. I have never known such joy, peace, no matter what is going on, i can be at peace and fear nothing. I have seen so many miracles since i came to know The Lord. I pray that you too will have a miracle and open your heart and find out that He is real! And you will be so glad you did. I wish i could be there when you do find out the truth and give your life to the Lord. God bless you, i hope and pray you will be a brother or sister in Christ with me, MJ

I really hate how people react when I say I miss Lacey on the new Flyleaf videos. They tend to say I'm hating on Kristen or such. But I really just miss Lacey... her passion for singing, her heartfelt presence and connection to the fans, and of course, her "dancing with the hands" style. I totally agree with the most of the comments here. Lacey is Lacey. ♥

She hasn't stopped making music, she just have other projects, she's christian, she found God and God is going to lead her in her new life. Her son is just sucha huge blessing to her and he will understand when he'll grow older, Christian's stories on how we found God are the best stories, I pray God so that everyone get to know what I'm talking about and live a new life like she is living, she's happier than ever and it's so obvious

As far as her leaving the band: all I ask is just trust her that she has and will continue to make the choices that God leads her to make. I have noticed a number of people stating that they are walking away from the band Flyleaf. All I can say is don't underestimate what God can continue to do through this band, IF it is God's will for them to continue together.
She is a new creation now because she already leave her old life. And that's we called Born Again. Because born again is not really a religion. Its a change of a persons life when you encounter Gods LOVE :)
I seriously doubt she's going to stop making music. She's growing up and settling down, so I think she will probably just take her music in a different direction. I would love to see some kind of solo/acoustic career from her. I think she has an incredible story and incredible faith to share with the world, and what better way is there to share them than through music?
I highly doubt it. The fans may not like it, but Kristen is a part of the band now. They can't just abandon her because Lacey changed her mind. Plus, Lacey has a family now. Touring for months at a time in a metal band is not the kind of mom she wants to be. I will be happy having Lacey work on solo projects, while Flyleaf continues making great music. Give Kristen a chance. Once I got used to her voice, I fell in love :)
I shed tears for the regrets Lacey lives with. The fact that she wished for death and planned to commit suicide saddens me to no end. However, I'm very happy that she no longer has the desire to die and that she also shares her story with the world. Lacey, I love you to death and always will.
