Are they just assholes?), your lyrics already show that you are good at heart and I totally love that. You're also not the kind of feminist I feel unsafe with only because I am a trans guy, you are uniting people instead of creating more hate. Having followed you for a few years, I knew where the lyrics were coming from. Good to hear you talk about it though, especially about accusations about being 'full of yourself' . An artist needs a certain amount of self-belief, even if it's just about the music they make. Otherwise, why would anyone wan't to put their heart and soul out there for public consumption?
The 'mummy manager' thing is sexist. I don't remember Paul Weller and his dad having the same sort of criticism for having/being a daddy-manager!
Parental support isn't something people should get at you for. Most parents buy equipment, pay for lessons and studio time ect. That's just normal , or should be!
