@@babu1966m vci is all India counseling actually ivri is Central institute so it independently do it's 85% counseling ivri counseling start before vci please check ivri portal it's counseling start with mcc 1 week of September it will start ivri shortlist some student than you have to report before the due date and 15% counseling through vci this counseling start in September end or 1 week of October
