ABOUT MILLION DOLLAR LISTING NY:
Bravo seals the deal with the return of Million Dollar Listing New York. As the real estate market continues to deteriorate with a double-digit decline, Million Dollar Listing New York's top agents must become more innovative and assertive than ever to stay on top and sell their listings. This season, Fredrik Eklund has finally found his fatherhood groove and is ecstatic to celebrate one year with his miracle twins. With business continuing to flourish, he decides the timing might be perfect to expand his empire to the west coast. Ryan Serhant's real estate empire continues to grow rapidly with offices in both SoHo and Brooklyn and additional agents in the Hamptons, Miami, Los Angeles and Chicago. His dream of becoming a father is finally a reality, but will he be able to balance his personal life with the stress of the declining market? Steve Gold continues to create a new chapter for himself, building out his powerhouse team and nurturing a new relationship that may be the missing piece he’s been seeking. After an emotional escape from New York City, Luis D. Ortiz is back from his sabbatical in Europe with a fresh new outlook on life. Forced to prove to his team that he is back in the real-estate business for good, he must also deal with lingering drama in his personal life. And with nearly a decade of real-estate experience under his belt, Tyler Whitman joins the crew ready to tackle any obstacle thrown his way. Navigating the market in its toughest state, the pressure is on for him to succeed.

This Show more interesting than drama
Ryan Serhant is a real estate magician
It's interesting to see how different people look in New York compared to LA...
How do they look in LA
I never been so I wanna know
@@eugeneshuig7631 just watch Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles.
No difference at all!
Tom Ho they dress a lot more conservative in New York. If they travel to the other time zone they’re going to have to buy clothes. L.A. doesn’t have the cold weather.
@@eugeneshuig7631 google is literally free
Genuinely like to know if “influencers” drive awareness that converts into sales amongst the extremely wealthy. Just can’t see the 1% scrolling through Instagram.
Kathryn Dowling The 1% often isn’t, however there are many brokers and firms that run social media accounts looking for listing for their wealthy clients.
Lukas Scheiwiller yes. Good point.
Depends on what income/net worth you consider to be "1%".
so is frederik gonna be part of million dollar listing los angeles? is that show even still on? lol
I love these men
Cathyyy Lee , ha ha ha, I don’t. These are way overrated, overpaid and extremely greedy and egocentric individuals that produce nothing but ride on the back of people that worked extremely hard to acquire these properties!!!!!!
@@isabelbrunmayr3181 then don't watch the show. It's their job they can't act like clowns
Eugene Shuig , I don’t watch the show, I love when they show a house and go “ this is the kitchen “ - wow, thank you , I wouldn’t have known that!!!
@@isabelbrunmayr3181 well yeah that is their job and also to sell these apartments
Welcome Federick to LA, hope you got friends here.
The jacuzzi on the roof is mind blowing! I could spend a week there
You gotta love Frederik.. RICCCCCCHHHHH. 😂😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂
If a guy in Australia dressed up as a magician to sell a home that would be cheesy, and suspicious. That gimmick would not translate here - this must be staged.
thats why Australia will never be the greatest country in the world
I was thinking exactly the same thing. I tend to think all the hype is for television. Australians are more down to earth. We sell multi million dollar properties too, obviously, but through all the relative channels and rather discretely. On a need to know basis. Lol
😂 Fredrick reaction to the $30 mill was ☹
Edward ! Adopt me 😁
Steve is so easy on the eyes, but I notice his driver Will is also petty good looking.
Could you upload full new episodes please? Season 8. Not sure what episode it's on.
how do u really view a house with a ton of people in it, i kind of don't get it
cindy chan it’s a mental game, it creates urgency. You know everyone of those hinders people could put in an offer at any time.
After watching this show for a few years it's kind of boring now. All these mansions look alike. They all have the same marble and kitchen and everything. And it's really sad when people will buy a perfectly lovely house only to tear it down and build another lovely house. Why didn't they just leave it the way it was? Because rich people always need a reason to spend lots of money. The end

Neo-Bauhaus is terrible. I studied bauhaus in college and this is a poor example.
