Zoom it suck’s about the PTACs my company has a policy we always have 2 in storage and if we use one we immediately replace it and that we always have 2 in storage easy to go. We have Vtac which are ptac units but they are in closets and they are vertical much more difficult to switch out ptac are quick and faster to switch out with one weapon. Hope you get those PTACs soon good luck if you half to order them from Hd supplying. I have a stupid user name my real name is Chris
