When I was young kid I remember taking these buses to school or anywhere. A rectangle box buses. The Mercedes Benz O405. Lots of memories. The Legendary.
Best sounding bus imho, i love the revv and the gear changes hmmm 10/10. Lots of fond memories on here from scenery to buses, it's like i stepped into a time machine.
Omegahacker924 I never been on the newer ones cause obviously I'm in Canada (yeah, yeah, you all know the story), but once I return to Singapore for a vacation, it just won't be the same without the old buses as well...
That's the purpose of me filming this, so that these legendary buses will never be forgotten and anytime we can revisit these memories of the better days of public transport :)
I'm going to miss the rides on those O405s (including the SBST counterparts) which are replaced by MAN A22s. :'( My probably last ride is on 106. I saw one on 61 but I don't have a chance to ride because I am in the VO3x on svc. 8, which will also be gone in a few years down the road.

It reminded me of the time when I mimiced its unique engine sound in my elementary school bus.

That's my intention of taking these videos, to preserve them for the future since preserving the buses themselves on the roads is not allowed

I realised that their aircons are much more colder than the newer units
I rode this bus on 965 yesterday from sengkang to yishun
the bus' wiper was spoiled once I enter Yishun BTW

These two Carrocera s at habourfront were in a high speed and that was awesome because they were playing catching
I like old buses. Their sound are diffrent. But still they improved a lot now

if 832z gets scrapped. the mk2 is the only bus that has a rear like the carocerra o405 and o405g mk1 which looks exact
