Sure. The best thing to do is to find your perfect sensitivity that you are comfortable with. It may take a few days or a week to pin it down, but find something that works for you and keep it the same, as much as possible, across all games that you play. Also, try doing some exercises in the shooting range to get use to the keyboard movement. Another thing that helps me is to use a mouse with buttons on the side. I use those to roll and to use gadgets. It helps a ton! I stream on Thursdays so if you can swing by and I can give some in depth pointers there!
