Thanks for sharing your visit in China. I appreciate very much your family's positive attitude and respect for Chinese culture. You are very humble and open minded. Sophia is so adorable. I am happy when seeing her enjoying the food and not getting bored when visiting some old traditional spots. It is not easy for a girl at her age to experience a totally different culture and the busy schedule. She always smiles, never shown a bit of annoyance even when she's tired. She has good manners just like her parents!! Hope you will visit China again!!

The stupa is not only important because it is old but more importantly it was built at the direction of the emperor to house holy sutras brought back from India by Monk Xuanzang. Xuanzang and others spent the next decades translating the sutras from Pali, Sankrit and other languages into Chinese.

The wall is 13.74 kilometers long , and about 2-hour bike-ride.
Next time we go for the whole round!
