The Hotel will cater for fans from distant parts of the country and overseas visitors including the dignitaries from EUFA and FIFA. On match days the Coop Arena and fan zone will be buzzing. This area of the city will continue developing and improving
Thanks @English _Dawn I was looking to see if anything had been added to the Beams to support the terracing. I got one video done of 4mins before the heavy rain and thought I had missed drhe opportunity to get a video out. The 1hr 45min journey back wasn't fun. Just happy to see the progress and that the workers work through all weathers👍 cheers😀
looking at the hotel it feels like its not built in a lively area where people can access easily , its near the co-op sure but its not really near establishments or a place with many people.. so i wonder if it was the right choice to make a hotel in this spot when it could have been made further near the housing area.
There would be bars in the hotel and fan plaza that could take advantage of this. Overnight for a match after travelling or watching a concert, im sure the hotel will do well. Cheers👍
The whole idea is to have the hotel adjacent to the Co-op arena and the ground plus it’s by the metro station and the 216 bus route into Manchester which only takes 20 minutes to walk to. That’s Manchester only takes 20 minutes to walk to not the bus stop.
@@robertmclellan3658 That it's 20 minutes walk means that many people going to City Live will choose to stay at thIs hotel rather that in a hotel in town.
@@mazinnasralla2036 Exactly and that’s why City built it , and of course City will receive the profits from this hotel unlike United where the hotel there belongs to Neville and co.
The stadium is less than 10 minutes walk to the Northen Quarter part of the City centre. There are further plans for the area over the next decade. Its an abundant and thriving community, currently. You can feel what you want, it's always better to establish the facts!
With Etihad Expansion to 60k capacity, England will be the Most Country to have 60K football stadium in Europe, 7, above Germany : Wembley Old Trafford Tottenham Anfield London Olympic Emirates Etihad

And they all will have to pay to us money to stay there… ching ching … more money to make our wonderful club self sufficient…there’s no free lunches…
Fantastic
Thanks Jurgen👍
Great video man
Thanks Mike much appreciated 👍
Thanks for the update. 😀 Most of the raker beams seem present just awaiting the terracing.
