Hi, this looks great! I’m planning on doing this as a split with your pull and legs workouts, for a while. I wonder why there are no dips in here - will the pike push-ups be sufficient for the triceps?
I didn't include dips in this workout as not everyone has dip bars at home, and because it's hard to fit every single available exercise into a short 25 minute workout. If you prefer dips, you are more then welcome to substitute it.

I'd recommend trying out different widths to see which one you like the most! I prefer slightly wider than shoulder width. However, if I'm doing it in a handstand combo, then I use a more narrow width.

As a trans woman I was always scared of showing my muscles and be muscular cuz I felt pressure to be super "feminine" or else people would tell me that I'm not women-like enough. But watching you I understood that my muscles do not determine who I am at all and I can be strong women and be proud of myself so thank you. Also is a info for some. Some people think that trans woman have it easier in building muscles. When I started hormonal therapy I gradually lost meaby 40% of my strength in half of a year and my muscle mass decreased. Also I get fatigued quicker. So yea, I had "fresh start" in training hah
All of these exercises are in the intermediate program. But the workouts are longer, include more accessory work and weighted calisthenics (weighted dips, weighted pull-ups..etc).

The intermediate program does include pike push-ups and planche training yes, but it is not a follow along.
What would be required in “push” to be able to do this intermediate?
You could try out the video using the easier regressions.
