Kalandra, Aurora, London Grammar, Sleeping at last - These are the kinds of artists that keep delivering one after another incredible music. And I don't care if it takes years for a single track to release, please, take your time. Meanwhile I'll keep relistening to the released ones, because I can't get enough of'em, and I never will.

    On the borders of safety
    That's where I find peace
    Where the black sand
    Meets the raging seas
    I see the forces
    For what they truly are
    Yet, I am reminded
    Of my beating heart
Among the lonely rocks is where I lay my head
I hear the ocean calling, "Come with me instead"
She sings me songs of ungrateful souls
Who once thought gods could bring them home

In essence, this song is about witnessing your own vulnerability in
comparison to the massive forces that move the world. The video tries to
convey that feeling through several intertwining narratives. The video

To all those who feel they are on the edge, please stay. Speak out, allert people. You won't believe the lengths people will go to, to save you. You ARE wanted and needed in this life. @@Fearsia Hello there, my sibling in pain. Thank you for taking time, to share with us your story, it really buffles me that there are women, mothers or step mothers (and people in general) in this world, willing to abuse a child...another human, another soul. I am one of your kind, i was abused since days newborn baby until old. So my perspective happens to be ''see things practical''. What do i mean by that? Make a list of what you want to change, (so you can locate and identify it) and another list of what triggers it. Remove yourself from toxic places (our parents house, our childhood room can be a toxic place) and people. Meditate and find ways that calm the child in you. Understand that just because someone happened to be older than us, with the title of ''parent'' doesn't mean they were not psycho, having issues of their own etc. It had nothing to do with you as a person. It was all about her. Her issues, her twisted head. She created a wound in you and now you need to work on yourself to close this wound. The scar might be there (highly visible or not at all, this depends on you), but it will not bleed. And you won't die. You are your life project. You. They say it's ok if you do not help to change the world. It's ok if you help only 1 person and it's ok if that person is you. Meditate. Find what excites you and try to surround yourself with it. Pamper yourself. Exercise. Put music on and go for a run. Go for walks in the nature. Try 1 new thing every month. Plan a trip. Take a new course. Learn to paint. Go help in a shelter. See what life has in store for you, because this universe is a straaaange place. But most of all, the thoughts you make now, will be your future. So edit them, make them positive ones, even if you pressure yourself at first. Visualize the difference. Make it happen. Write to me from time to time if it's ok with you.

I see this like a man trying to return to the siren that made him fall. Addicted to the pain, not wanting to leave her behind but he fights his friend who sees what it's done to him eventually realising ancient tales told of this. So they rebuild. So they fight for a new home and a new beginning. Knowing more of the cruel side behind every siren.

I listen to music like this and it makes me feel like the whole of society is playing some sort of oddly cruel game. This endless cycle of pursuit--of things, of status, of money. We all dress up for this emotional costume party and wear the most ridiculous makeups all in effort to appear content and fulfilled to everyone around us--all the while our souls are starving and most of us are so numb to it that we don't even realize it. Where are the monks? the mystics? those drawn to the strange and unearthly powers of the forests and mountains and winds? There must be a world behind the veil--and it's music like yours that makes that veil ever-so slightly more transparent.

Hello, I'm also a musician, one of those who create to keep from bleeding out. For a year, I couldn't cry, I was completely blocked. I just discovered your music today, it's so beautiful and profound that I've finally been able to let it all out, to let all the pain flow, and what's more, I've written a poem, lyrics for a new song while listening to your incredible music. Thank you for this, from the bottom of my heart. May the gods bless you, Kalandra. 😭🖤

Often it seems these days ppl don’t even want to know who their neighbors are, let alone their own family’s. All I can say is hope that life gives you a new meaning and sense of worth. Best wishes.

It's been over a year since I listened to this song for the first time and it completely swept me away. I listened to it so many times on repeat. It's the same with pretty much any other song you produced. So many emotions are invoked inside me: melancholy, hope, longing.
There have been so many times that I listened to your songs to soothe and comfort me in times when my depression got the best of me. So many times I cried my eyes out.
Kalandra and its music are a true gem. You've become one of my favourite bands, and I cannot wait to see you live, sing, dance, and cry in a sea of people.
From the bottom of my heart: Thank you for making music. Thank you for existing. You deserve all the success in the world and I hope more people get to listen to you. ❤

I discovered this song last night through Spotify radio off another song. It was after midnight when I was getting into bed, using my headset to listen to some good vibes before sleep. As soon as the song started, I knew I'd found something special. But then I was hit by the changeup at 3:58, and it was so stunningly beautiful that I started to sob right there in bed, and I couldn't stop listening for another hour before forcing myself to sleep. In my thirty-two years of life, the song from 3:58 to 4:32 is one of the most heavenly things I have ever experienced. So I just wanted to say thank you from the bottom of my heart for sharing your artistry with the world. ❤

I adore this song. And when I listen I can’t help but feel that this is a sort of love song; about how the ocean and mountain are in love; how they meet and intertwine during every storm; and the bittersweet moment at the end when the storm is over, and the ocean is swept back out to be its true self, while the mountain can only watch, knowing he can’t follow, knowing that he never knows when she’ll be back, but also knowing that she will: eventually: always. And he’ll always be there for her return. A vicious cycle. On repeat, till the end of time... I find it beautiful, yet sad, like a tragic love story.
