nice trailer bought one than sold it watch out for the rear ramp hinges mine rusted out me also watch the leaf spring hardware I would have gotten torsion axel
Not sure if you heard me but the trailer prices really are cheaper in Georgia. 4K plus for a 24 footer is a steal. I hope your late model f150 can handle your 24 ft trailer. I just know my 2005 f150 had trouble staying in gear trying to pull a loaded 16 ft trailer. The gas mileage was horrible and I had to be careful not to jerk the steering wheel because my truck does not have roll stability control. Be careful and good luck.
thats crazy for 4300. i been pricing trailers and most aluminum flatbeds are that price. i believe that is for a new unit though, thats a crazy good deal
I have a 1996 Chevy Silverado 3500, and we are moving out of state with a 24 enclosed foot trailer. Can we fully pack it up and move? From San Bernardino to Montana, will we be OK?
Just curious how it towed with the tune and intake manifold swap? Been thinking about tunning and adding the mustang GT intake manifold but I still want to be able to tow my Jeep. Any issues?
Hey you have a awesome channel.Been hooked on it but I have a question and it might sound crazy but I have a 05 mustang gt and it has 175000 miles on it and I was wondering could I go to 5w30 oil instead of the 5w20.I have heard to keep 5w20 for vct timing but I have read to that 5w30 is ok.I was wondering what your opinion was with your years of experience with mod motors?
How does that truck tow the trailer with the car and gear in it? Looking at a similar trailer to replace my open deck for my C5 Corvette and I have the same truck as you.
My question is how is the towing with the Ford F-150 ? I'm looking at a similar set up with a trailer 24ft or 20ft . I'm looking at 2019 Ford F150 xlt V8 or lariat xlt with trailer and tow package. Is the Ford F150 Good enough to tow a trailer and car without any problems ? Or go with a older year 2018 Ford F250 heavy duty. I have been told with WDH the F150 is fine Thanks I would like to know how it works out. Trailer weight would be 3200 to 3700 pounds + Car + Tires and rims 4200
I have the 2015 f150 V8 3.55 gears. Pulled 20ft enclosed 100lbs under cgvwr. ( Total weight 15,100 ) had the curt 17500 to get away from the chain set up. Used this set up for PCSing. Had no problems pulled great. Suggestion, definitely get the tow mirrors. Cheap $300 set worked just fine. Had no issues with 18 wheelers pushing me around. Setup was solid.
What do you do for a living dude!?!?! My Lord almighty new stuff after new stuff. I thought I did alright, and there's no way I could afford half the stuff you do! Good for you btw! Not hating. Just curious.
I priced out an Intech trailer just like the one on the Shelby Exotics youtube channel (RIP youtube channel) and it was $39,000. Don't get me wrong, it was fucking NICE but that's the price of a new Mustang GT
If that trailer cost 4300, it's going to get destroyed. You know the saying, you get what you pay for. That's a very cheap price for a big trailer. That's a disposable trailer.
Going to make a strong suggestion... If u plan on pulling long distances, upgrade that truck to at least an F250... Not trying to tell u how to tow, but that trailer and a stang, your pushing you gross combined weight... Just asking for problems.
F250 or F350 is the plan long term. But the 18+ F150 5.0L is rated up to 11,000 pounds. We aren’t anywhere near that even with the heaviest mustang. Of course not the ideal setup but it doesn’t do bad.
@@MustangLifestyleTV I get what your saying...from experience though... Even at 11,000lbs, ideally, you only Comfortably want to have like 8or 9k back there.
11,000lbs is for a stripped down regular cab xl 2wd. If you look at fords towing guide I'm pretty sure a crew cab 145"wb coyote is maxed at 10k. Also you will most likely run out of payload before you hit that number. Trailer empty weight roughly 3500lbs, s-550 roughly 3850, plus whatever else you decide to throw into trailer. 10-15% tongue weight roughly 900lbs just car and trailer. Not sure what your trucks payload sticker inside door says, guessing around 1800 or so. Just be careful that enclosed trailer will act like a giant wind sail. Nice find tho, looks sharp. 👍
@@cooverbennett4383 there's a big difference between max towing, and gross combined... Ntm adding payload in there. ALOT of factors, but definitely not recommend pulling a 24' car trailer with anything more than a couple side by sides in it, if your using a half ton truck... I've towed for years...will see what he has to say once he puts a car in there and goes for a drive... Ntm how much that truck is going to squat lol!!!
Mr. Tod i dont know where you are but i want this i can leave houston tomorrow. How many pounds is this? I dont want this i need this.. omg brand neeewwwww. I want this Mr. Tod.
@@MustangLifestyleTV how well does it tow? What is your tow rating on that f150? I have a 14 grand cherokee with a 7500 rating, thinking about a 8.5 x 24
Where are yo going to keep it ? Doesn’t look like it would fit in your driveway and park it in front of your house and your neighbors will hate you forever!
Congrats Andrew nice addition to the fleet 😎💪🏼💯
Incredible Andrew can’t wait to see you use it!! Great deal you got congrats!! Maybe you can put some tires from the garage in that new trailer?
Congratz on the new trailer, it looks great. You could build some storage at the front end or run some bars across for tires, lots of possibilities =)
Looks great! Nice trailer.

Damn F150 5.0 sound so good at idle I love the way mine sounds also
Yo that trailer looks great.
Congrats bro! How do you afford all of these amazing things ?
Good looking trailer. How do you like it so far?
Time to upgrade the truck too

Let’s talk about cleaning that garage! 😂
What type of generator did you end up using
That’s nuts
Gonna be pushing it once loaded towing
Very nice trailer! I would live in it being it’s; bigger than my house ! LOL !

Go with the boss 302 intake. Youll thank me later
It would be nice to see the trailer
Gonna need some air bags on the rear of that F150
a wd hitch should do the job, I do the same thing. Tow to and from road courses
@@hamzahjaved6611 what's a wd hitch all about?
Extend the mirrors is the next mod then

Either or will work. It won't make much difference.
Thanks man.ill probably go to 5w30 just to have that little bit of extra protection with the high mileage
Do you have a video on those venom Rex wheels? The truck looks sick man
Yes I do actually. Posted in September
Good wheels, I have the same...
