@@OGUncleT Yes, I almost did everything, include with your steps, but I will try to RMA the CPU, a friend of mine did RMA 3 times then it worked for him, i don't understand AMD, is it like winning a lottery if the CPU working or not ?
@@Jarrahfe That's really unfortunate. Did you try using different RAM? Sorry, it worked for me, so I'm not sure what's wrong. It's hard to help without having the PC in front of me to check :s
@@OGUncleT yes did change the rams of 2 different listed on QVL, I'm using 2x32gb , I tried 2x16gb and still same , I checked the cables and fixed some and thought it worked (fixed the fpanel wasn't correctly plugged, and a sata cable of the fan cooler was connected on motherboard side of PSU idk if this matter)

@@OGUncleT I tried 3 CPU of 7950x3d and 1 7600x , and 2 different motherboards of gigabyte b650m and MSI x670e
