We understand, and so should you, that your prophet started his religion peacefully because he was in a disadvantaged situation. He wasn't in a position to fight anyone who opposed him. As soon as he became powerful, he also became violent and ruthless. This is reflected in the way his teachings changed from peace and tolerance, to violence and conquest. And we also understand the law of abrogation. That verses given later replace earlier verses. In this case, the violent replaced the peaceful. I also note you didn't deny my initial point that your religion permits you to lie. So I take it your silence was tacit agreement. If you really are a peaceful and honest person, you might want to consider changing your religion to suit your good character. I'll admit the majority of people who identify with your religion are much better people than the religion itself and the prophet who started it.
