No sir it's cheap only. Any car if u give in Authorized Service centre it's costly. Am using for past 5 yrs. Apart from regular service. Once AC gas flushed out n topup new gas, rear wheel bearing changed, radiator fan assembly changed for 82,000 kms. Great car. No major issues.

Just go for Continental or Michelin. For Sports utility vehicles buy All terrain tyres LT (Light truck) models for better offroading performance. Before buying any tyre check for it's manufacturing date. Oru edathula oval shape la 4 nos. irukkum. Example 1018 means second 2 digits 18 means 2018 make tyre and first 2 digits 20 means antha varusathula entha week la manufacturer pannathu means March 2 nd week tyre and the self life of a tyre is 3-4 yrs only. So check for the manufacturing date. It should be within six months. Even if u don't drive the vehicle much. The compound material in tyre gets harder by years so u need to change tyres every 3-4 yes for better performance of ur car. If u don't change the tyre becomes harder and thereby all suspension parts will work out soon. And tyre rotation should be done every 5000 kms. And use nitrogen gas for cooler running of the tyres. If regular usage full load means keep the recommended pressure. If 2 persons means keep the pressure 1/2 psi low from the recommended thereby reducing suspension wear n for comfort. Always Continental and Michelin are best.
