Forgot the Drain Plug ! Boat Ramp Swallows Grady White ! (Black Point Marina)

Boat Sinks at Black Point because they forgot to put on the drain plug. This was litterally the 2nd day the owner had the boat. High tide at Black Point Marina didnt help.
