Hey Claudia, can you give any tips for ankle strengthening & specifically to stop rolling in when doing plies & releves (for pirouettes)? When I turn on my left foot, I feel a slight pinch on the front-right side of the ankle. I’d absolutely love any suggestions or tips!

do Australians also not remove their shoes when they enter their house, similar to Americans?? I am from Canada and taking off our shoes at the door is the norm!
I am an American, and from my experience we're 50/50 on the issue. I always just take a cue from the homeowner if it's my first time at their house.
As for my house, oh my gosh! Take your shoes off and get yourself comfortable! I have a 3-cubby bench seat by the door!

To be more specific, I was more referencing the verbiage used. Phrases suggesting certain foods as "healthy" (implying other things as "unhealthy"), not eating much b/c of not being very hungry, and such can be dangerous for those with disordered eating habits or mindsets.
