Ruben you said many wrong things because first of all there is more people that are max level than people that are below max level also the reason they took so long it was because they were making all the seas better they were not just doing the third sea like just look at your background that's from the second sea and its one of the things they were improving during the update but didn't put out in the game yet and there is many people that have made it to max bounty and they are not even max level

Im a player that has nearly everything u can get the only thing im missing is 30m on marine and also all perms. All i can say is its good and personaly i love it.
