Dubai has no oil whatsoever. They rely on tourism and financial services instead. That being said, Abu Dhabi, the capital city of the UAE is filth rich because of oil and natural gas reserves.

Sure there are a few hiccups on the rail but man....people have no idea what it takes to get some of these angles (shots).
