    I just encountered exact problem on my 2014 Silverado after changing the cabin air filter and was glad I found this video. One stray leaf in the blower motor and it sounded just like yours did. You're 100% correct about the rear right bolt being difficult. Easy fix but time consuming.

    Have loud fans that stay on for a while even after shutting off. Also, only hot air blows. Can this all be related to the same issue you had? Thank you

      This is probably a temp sensor and thermostat problem. In worst case it’s your clutch fan. But if you have a loud fan come on when you start the engine and when it stays on when you shut off the truck there is something wrong with how the engine is sensing its temperature. First two problems I said are an easy fix. Other one is a more professional problem
