I hope you are okay? I am a bit knackered tonight - I have had three pieces of brand work that I have been juggling this week and I have just sent them all off for approval! Phew!

This is another grocery shop and meal plan. I hope you enjoy! AND I hope you have a wonderful weekend. xx
Meal Plan
SAT - Homemade gyros for us, while the kids have pizza takeaway for Bill’s sleepover
SUN - Shepherd’s Pie with cauliflower cheese
MON - Sweet potato, lentil and halloumi curry with rice and naan
TUES - Homemade tomato soup and cheddar and spring onion rolls
WEDS - Bill’s birthday 🎂

I'm a 35 year-old mum of three, who lives in Cheshire, in the UK, and this is my small part of the online world, where I share parts of my life - whether that's the day-to-day stuff, motherhood, recipes, or all that other stuff that makes me, me. I'm married to Mark, who is honestly my best mate, and we have three children, Bill, Daisy and Stanley, and they seem to be growing up so darn fast these days. We have a golden retriever called Merlin, and two cats called Romeo and Elsa and...hang on, this is sounding a bit like a kid's essay at school isn't it? Sorry about that! I have the tendency to ramble a bit. Life did not go to plan for me, but I am very grateful for that, otherwise I wouldn't be where I am today.
As for this channel, you might find everything from food videos, clothing hauls, home updates, vlogs now and again, and some topics close to my heart, such as coparenting, mental health, hearing loss and Stickler Syndrome too. I am a very average mum, but I try my absolute best at whatever I do, and hopefully you enjoy following along!

As a suggestion for your cheddar I’ve been making the BBC Merry Berry Cheese, Leek and Potato pie but instead of topping with short crust pastry I’ve been topping with a sheet of puff pastry (baking separately to the pie to keep it crisp) as I think this makes the pie taste slightly more spring/ summery xx
