I have a family potato bake recipe that I now use cauliflower for on keto. I have found that if you can save enough of it, the sliced stem of the cauliflower is the best part to use because it keeps its integrity well and has a similar texture to potatoes in the final product
Yummy... Brussel sprouts, delish..but they have to be as small in size as you can get. Then cut off the stem, or what's left of it, take off the layers with the stem. Place them in a pot of water, boil til you can spear them with a fork. Turn off the heat & add butter. Serve when butter is melted.
I think you just need to subscribe to her channel or do a search. She's got oodles of recipes. I think 🤔 I used a keto bread recipe to cut up and make croutons. I sauteé celery and onion and use chicken broth with one egg beaten into it -- AND I add a little baking powder to the mass before putting it in the oven. Just take your favorite recipe and "KETO-FY" it...😊
I've been making that cauliflower dish for years. My friends and I call it Just Like Stuffeed Baked Potato or JLSBP. Even my non low carb friends will eat it up!
Yes on the green been casserole and cauliflower. I prefer balsamic and bacon air fried Brussels sprouts. As for the Mocktail, going to stick to water and green tea. As long as I stay away from sweet anything, it doesn't lead me to other sweets.
You have the best holiday recipes! I have been using your recipes for all my holidays for the past few years and I've never missed "the real thing" since they're even better! That Brussels sprouts recipe looks delicious! I'm the weirdo that prices the rule - I love Brussels sprouts! Even just steamed with butter, lemon juice, salt and pepper. But this one will reel in all the doubters with the cheese and bacon! 😂 I have a keto green bean casserole recipe I've been using and it's pretty similar, but I plan to do yours for Thanksgiving this year. Your Loaded Cauliflower is already a fave (as is your Cauliflower Gratin) and I make it often. My kind of good - looks fancy, but super simple. Oh, and I've become so lazy that the last time I bought an actual head of cauliflower a couple of months ago, it went bad. Evidently cutting it up AND having to prepare it was just too much for me! 🤣 I hope everyone heads over to your website to check out your holiday recipes - and ALLLLL the recipes - to discover your rolls, your excellent pumpkin and pecan pies, stuffings, etc! Heck, I'm a pumpkin pie lover and I make the pumpkin pie for one all year long! It's just that good! I like my pumpkin pie spicier, so I add more of all the "fall" spices - I have always made my pies that way, so I just did it with your recipe l, too. 😊
I made your string bean casserole for an additional side for Thanksgiving. Everyone raved about it. I love the fried onions and may make them just alone. Delicious! I clicked on the inserted video for the holiday recipes. Although it shows 4 videos at the bottom, the only video I see is for the dinner rolls. I cannot wait to test these recipes before the holidays.
It might take more time but I think that you can probably do the Brussel sprouts in the oven instead of frying them if you want to have your hands free for other things. I like mine with bacon in the oven but your recipe sounds lovely too.
I made my own keto green bean casserole. I will not use canned cream of mushroom soup. Ick. I haven't used any for years. My husband's daughters didn't like it. Oh well, more for me!
❤ Love all your delicious recipes definitely will be making these also Love the elk glass where did you find those? I have a hunter who would ❤ for Xmas 🎅 Thank You so much for sharing 😊

I make a very similar green bean casserole. But I don’t use the arrowroot. I put a little cream cheese in the sauce to thicken it.
Brussel sprouts cook better when you trim off bottom, and cut an X into the bottom. All your recipes look delicious!
I’ll have to try that! Thanks for the tip 👍
*raises hand* I love Brussels Sprouts 😅

*The creativity and flavors in these dishes make me forget they're keto. Perfect for those looking to enjoy a guilt-free holiday feast!*
It all looks wonderful! Thank you!
Love the mocktail. It’s usually alcohol or sugar, it’s good to have a better alternative to both.
I've been enjoying your videos for a long time. I know how much work you put into all you do. Thanks!
Perfect pronunciation of Gruyère 🌹
Where is the keto stuffing recipe?
Also, it's too bad that you didn't post this a month ago! In Canada we celebrate Thanksgiving in early October.

Where can I find that cool grass from the mocktail?

Good Job. Thanks a lot❤

I made my own keto green bean casserole. I will not use canned cream of mushroom soup. Ick. I haven't used any for years.

Garlic does not belong in any Thanksgiving Day dish, unless all you want to taste is garlic.
