Great video. But I had a question. Is River oaks considered more affluent than Tanglewood and the Memorial Villages? Or are they about the same? Also which is considered more prestigious, the River Oaks country club or the Houston Country club?

I think it's mainly a matter of taste when choosing which one of these areas to live. IDK! Gates in River Oaks seems pretty scary as well. Sort of like a gated fortress in the middle of a busy city. Interesting how different areas have different ideas about those things.

I've always wondered why there are no guarded gates in river oaks, anyone can come through; which is scary tbh. that doesn't fly in the woodlands
