Steak and Red Gravy-step by step- in the Instant Pot!!!

In this video I show you step by step how to make a family favorite...Steak and Red Gravy. You can make this in a dutch oven on the stove top if you don't have an Instant Pot using the same ingredients just simmering for several hours until the steak is fork tender!
Steak and Red Gravy ingredients....
2.5 lbs of cube steak
2 15 ounce cans of Tomato Sauce
3 or 4 stalks of celery, finely chopped
2 cups of water
flour
oil
salt
pepper
chili powder
