Challanging a +4 is not if they have the colour they're changing it to, its guessing if they could of played something else. For example, they could play a green 7 and a +4 but they play the +4, Challanging it would mean you win, since they could of played something else. It also lets you see their cards if you do lose, so its a win-win ;p

It's not a win-win, 'cause if you lose the challenge, you get to extra cards. And if we've learned anything from Craig's UNO sessions, it's that even the one extra card can shift the whole game to your loss.

To reword this if a green 7 was the card played before the +4 and the person who played the +4 had either a 7 of any color or a green card of any value (excluding wildcards), the person who challenges wins.

im gonna explain how challenging works: A +4 can only be played when the player has no other playable cards in his hand, if you believe a person who has played a +4 had another option in his hand you may challenge.
The Visionaries in laymen's terms if they have the color of the card beneath the +4 then they can be challenged

Lesson of the day: never jump in on a wild card.
The way challengeing plus 4's work is that is if the person who put it down could play ANY OTHER CARD, and the person receiving challenges, then the person who put the card down will have to draw more cards. If they could not play any other card, and the person receiving challenges, then the person who challenged will draw more cards.

A thing a about Challenging a wild +4 is for example: Let's say a green 4 was played. If there were any color that was the same in that players hand, they can lose the challenge and get more than 4 cards, it's the same rule when stacked. it just revolves around that Green 4.
In short Remember the card that the +4 was put on.

There is actually a game that the makers of Uno have put out this year called Dos. You have 2 piles to discard onto and once you get to 2 cards left, just like Uno, you have to call Dos. I hope to get my hands on the card game soon!

I'm certain that someone has posted this before, but I'll say it again anyway.
This is how challenging works.
Say someone pits down a yellow card. If the next person puts down a +4, they can be challenged. if the person who played the +4 had a yellow card in their hand, they lose the challenge, and draw 4 cards. If they didn't, and had no other option (except for a wild card or game-mode specific cards), the person who called the challenge gets 6 cards, instead of the 4.
If someone plays a +4 and makes it blue, and someone stacks it, or jumps in with a +4, then they lose a challenge if they had a blue card, as they are technically playing a +4 with a blue in their hand.
I hope to God someone sees this and teaches these guys how to properly use these cards.

I think the way challenge works is if the plus four isn't the only option you had for the color that was on the field the challenger wins. And if it was the only option you had the challenger loses.

Mini Ladd , to win a +4 wildcard challenge, you have to guess whether or not the person who played the +4 could've played a card with the color on the playing field before he/she played the +4. For example, player 1 played +4 and changed the color to green. Before it was green, it was yellow. now player 2, you can challenge it to see whether or not the player 1 had yellow. if he did, you win, if he didnt, you lose and get 6 cards.
