@@Dulcessmy Jarly heart wants to believe your theory but my mind is saying that Sonny coming back on their wedding night means they likely never filed the actual marriage certificate and weren’t considered legally married so an annulment wouldn’t be necessary. Regardless, I believe that Jason had his will setup like that since he returned from Greece. Carly was always going to get whatever didn’t go to his sons.
