Important info: Another important source of DPS I glossed over are Baby Drones! Baby drone damage is compression dependent, and they do A LOT of damage on C10. Buy as many drones as possible on C9 (i usually get 25), and make sure you have the drone capacity talent! Once the babies are made, buy adaptive learning, get a few slammers and max out the combo chance to get the most DPS out of baby drones. You can get max combo chance with: - 5% motivation talent - 3% drone inspiration - 10% prep jumps - 80% combo chance upgrade
was thinking of doing this, but after following what's going on in the development cycle for the game, i found it's probably not worth making the video only for it to be invalid after a big balance patch (and the expansion woo!). if you do need help building up to it, the discord server is probably the best place for help lol
Did this get nerfed? With 50 bombers, 50 runners, 25 mountaineers, with all put 1 or 2 of the (optional) perks, I am only getting ~162m collection and 700m damage.
I'm on c9 rn and have the same build except my last zybellium will either be teleportation or reclamation nullification... which one would be more important? Would having 999 bombers/runners/mountaineers not need teleportation at all?

I'm not sure why he's not using acid. It should be a big DPS increase for just 3 Gnorps. But it could be that with so many gunmen, going full director will increase weakspot/overdrive damage more than acid would. (It's impossible to see the directors on the rock, but you can see their icon in the rock status right below the rock: it's the two little eyes left of the cracked egg looking thing) There's no hulks because they don't do damage, and I think that's the limit with this build since it looks like collection happens fast enough. What I want to know is the reasoning behind that bomber/runner ratio. There's like 600 bombers for only ~100 runners. Probably because collection is fast enough as is, but then why not have more slammers or missiles? Both of those do more damage per Gnorp than bombers.
@@ih8mylife I think it is because the "real" damage is just coming from the drones. the more bombers he has the faster the arrow maker can shoot zybe arrows to multiply the drones. And the more bombers the faster the runners can collect. It is like 2 birds with one stone. But I would think that when the arrow maker is capped on speed then you would want to go for more runners. Also if you are going to use both acid and directors I wonder if flower power would be worth the extra zybe. I have been personally throwing a zybe into runner teleportation and while that dies seem to boost collection by a lot, I have not had the time to get 600 bombers so I don't know if it scales well.
I didn't use acid since it has the range debuff, which would mean that the pile would become very front loaded. Although I did mention that it would flatten itself out overtime with the recall prevention stuff, i personally found that it just made it too hard to manage the geometry. TBH i'm just lazy and it could be a skill issue for the bad geometry, but I may try with acid sometime. Haven't been playing all that much so maybe we could test that still. I do feel like the acid would help a lot if I could manage it though. :)
definitely in timeshifts (bombers). they make your collection extremely good, and obviously are the main strat. I usually get 2 or 3 of them, one in teleportation, additional housing if you don't want to wait. If you are patient enough, you can save one zybe without additional housing since you get 1 gnorp per 10 minutes, but some ppl aint got time for that lol
I tried this but something is missing in my try. Probably one is the baby drone. That is damage rank 3 (below sword and zorp arrow)and is the highest base damage May i ask how long you take to reach 100G. I got only 3G? Maybe the difference is you just let the game run overnight?😅
yeah the baby drone damage goes hard and i unfortunately missed that in this vid. As for how long it took, im not too sure myself because i definitely afk'd my gnorps lol. you get roughly 999 gnorps every week (in real time) your game is running at a rate of 1 gnorp per 10 minutes, so this save was certainly running for at least 2-3 weeks.
