It seems, the proceeding is getting delayed on 'legal liability part' which although is presumed in favour of the complainant, it becomes centre point for rebuttal (endless).
This judge from rajasthan he is very good ..his knowledge of law is top notch...IPC and crpc he knows it at the back of his hand
