I am seeing this after 2 years. Just one question sir. Regarding jurisdiction. Where should the complaint be filed? Is it based on the branch of the (complainant)payee account or the branch where it was presented and dishonoured?

It seems, the proceeding is getting delayed on 'legal liability part' which although is presumed in favour of the complainant, it becomes centre point for rebuttal (endless).
