Kung Pao Chicken is tangy hoisin black sweet sauce peanuts with chicken n very boring had too many times myself. Chung Fa Restaurant in Kanpur serves Kung Pao Chicken without peanuts n uses white wine n red garlic sauce. My dad lived in Calcutta for 10 years from 1965 to 1973 n he lived the food there.
