Unless it’s within 50 yards of his house the warden will be there soon. 24hrs prior to hunting season for placing bait or within 50 yards (which maybe it is but didn’t look like it)… lol. Gotta love it. The baiting regs are only 2 pages long and spell it out pretty simple.

You do know it's illegal to bait in Wisconsin in almost all northern parts hmmmm
