How to set tp link TL WR820N router in WISP mode

How to set up the tp-link TL wr820n router from an HP without a PC in WISP mode and connecting to the modem, I also changed the default Wifi name to the SSID name according to my wishes, and can access the internet from a cellphone, computer, or digital TV stb.
